My relationship with food and cooking started at a very early age, always helping and trying new things. I have been practicing it as a profession for the past decade in which I have learned that, besides my love of food and eating I love helping others enjoy food. I come from a culturally diverse background, heavily influenced by food ranging from South and North America to the Mediterranean. I later added on Middle Eastern, Central America and Asian cuisines. I like to include many types of meals on our menu to give the children a broad range of taste experiences.
