Philosophy

Our philosophy at Kind and Joyful Childcare is to provide each child with a loving, caring and nurturing atmosphere through daily activities that will challenge them socially, physically, mentally and emotionally.  There will be a Christian component to our program, such as mealtime prayers or songs, stories, and displays of the Christian aspects of holidays.  We will lead by example by modeling Christian morals and values to the children while encouraging exploration, creativity and curiosity. Positive reinforcement will be used when children need guidance and your child’s teacher will focus on your child as an individual; finding ways to provide them with what they need. Each child who enters our doors is exposed to vital life skills to create a healthy foundation in all aspects of life.
